Success Profiles

Here’s how I measure up… Success Profiles

This page shows I as a Public Relations practitioner measure up against the Civil Service/Gov.UK Success Profiles frameworks.

You can read how I measure up against the five ‘Success Profiles’ by selecting the ‘Success Profile’ from the list below – the brackets then contain the original PDF explanation of the ‘Success Profile’ on the Gov.uk website, as a backup copy here on MyPublicRelations.co.uk.

You can also read how I measure up against the old Competencies framework as well, which is/has been phased out as of January 6th 2019.

SUCCESS PROFILES

The Success Profile Framework moves recruitment away from using a purely competency based system of assessment. It introduces a more exible framework which assesses candidates against a range of elements using a variety of selection methods. This will give the best possible chance of finding the right person for the job, driving up performance and improving diversity and inclusivity.” (Success Profile Overview, Backup)
